All MariMask fabric masks are produced with protection as its core focus. As such, this mask complies with international standards for protective masks with 3 layers of protective materials. The inner layer is 100% cotton as recommended by the World Health Organization to facilitate water absorbency at the same time ensure comfort and breathability for the wearer. The middle layer, also produced with 100% cotton fabric enhances filtration and droplet retention and what's more, the outer layer of MariMask is pre-treated with the revolutionary textile treatment WR/AB, providing it with water-resistant and anti-bacterial properties lasting up between 10 - 30 regular washings. This means our masks combine excellent protection against bacterial and viral threats with sustainability by being a better, healthier alternative to single-use, disposable non-medical and filter-dependent masks for personal and community use.
